Billing and subscriptions
Purchases are handled by Apple. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings or request eligible refunds directly from Apple.
Restore Pro access
Open MAKINGS, go to Subscription & Access, and select Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase.
Your income records
MAKINGS does not delete your entries when Pro ends. Your existing records remain yours.
